When did you start CrossFitting? Who/what got you started?
I started CrossFit in June 2013. My daughter was interested in joining PSP (PSP and CrossFit 913 were sharing a facility at the time) so my wife asked me to go check out the program for her. Instead, I signed myself up for CrossFit.

What advice would you give to a newbie just joining CrossFit 913?
If I can do this, anyone can. Work at your own pace. Be patient with your progress. Ask questions if you don’t understand. Don’t compare yourself to others. Stay with it.

I’m in the Herff Jones Hall of Fame (> $10,000,000 in sales). I’m a proud Green Bay Packers stockholder. I’m going to be a Grandpa in less than a month!
