Tell us a little bit about yourself (family, job, sports, interests, etc.)
I grew up in Eastern Iowa and have lived around the Midwest (Chicago, Milwaukee, KC) my whole life. I’ve been married for 12 years to my amazing wife Cody and have 3 awesome little daughters; Josie (9), Leighton (7), and Eva (3). For work I am a regional sales manager for GE Healthcare. I’m a huge Iowa Hawkeye and Chicago Bears/Cubs/Bulls fan.

I was doing Beach Body workouts like Insanity and P90x in my basement. After 2 or 3 times through the DVD’s Tony Horton’s jokes get pretty annoying….
